6. Only Retailers that receive the 60 Second Shop email on 31 July are eligible to participate in the Promotion.

7. 'Recommend a friend' emails must not be sent through agents, or third parties. No responsibility will be taken for new retail member requests that are lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed as a result of any network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind. 60 Second Shop requests may be disqualified if incomplete, illegible or photocopied.

8. The Reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.

9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Reward for an alternative of equal or greater value.

10. If a new retail member is successful in signing up to 60 Second Shop then the Retailer who referred the new retail member (the "Referrer") will be asked to provide confirmation of their details 28 days following acceptance of the new retail member onto the 60 Second Shop mailing list, in order to arrange delivery of the Reward. The Reward will either be delivered to the Referrer during a Molson Coors sales representative visit or will be sent out via courier.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all new retail members. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and the Reward may be withheld from the Referrer unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the validation of the new retail member referral.

12. All emails forwarded onto new retail members must be made by the Referrer themselves. Bulk emails made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete emails, emails sent by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and emails which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a Referrer is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means then the Referrer will be withdrawn from the 60 Second Shop mailing list.

15. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

16. The Referrer and new retail members may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the name, county, voice, photograph, image, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide on the internet, and in perpetuity by the Promoter without compensation or notification to, or permission or review of, the individual, the retailer or any third party.
